Story:
Rosie and Alex have become best friends since they are six. They share happy childhood in Ireland and they promise each other to achieve the dream together. At the end of the high school period, Alex' family moves to Boston and Alex decides to study medicial degree as he wishes. Right before Rosie going to Boston and study hotel management, everything changes and the two teenagers' lives get changed as well. Rosie gets pregnant on the night of her graduation ceremony. She has to give up her study and stays in Ireland becoming an ordinary woman while Alex approaches his career to become a famous doctor.
This story uses a series of communications between Alex and Rosie, and also the persons around them. When everyone realizes Alex and Rosie loves each other, the couples miss chance to confess to the other and can treat the other one as only being the best friend. After they experience failure in marriage and betrayal by the better-halves, they can only realize the truth and finally have a happy ending when they are in their 50s.
